Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Assume end-to-end accountability for operational outcomes within the Government/National Security stream
• Serve as the Tier 2 technical subject matter expert for post-deployment issues and advanced troubleshooting
• Lead the operational rollout of hardware and specialized services, including delivery and operator onboarding
• Execute rigorous end-to-end QA for weekly releases to validate device, OS, and network compatibility
• Codify complex technical processes into internal and external field manuals and playbooks
• Maintain a ready-to-field posture to lead high-impact projects or pivot during surge requirements

Requirements

• 4–5+ years of experience in technical operations, mission support, or national security environments
• Active Secret clearance (minimum) with ability to upgrade to TS/SCI
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
• Proven ability to navigate high-volume workflows and competing priorities
• Ability to lead high-stakes technical dialogues with stakeholders and commanders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing CONUS or OCONUS/Deployed supply chain operations
• Hands-on experience with mobile application testing (iOS/Android) and regression testing
• Familiarity with RF communications, cellular architecture (LTE/5G), or signal flows
• Experience navigating government agency procurement and security requirements
• Experience in zero-downtime mission-critical environments
