Operations Analyst C

Responsibilities

• Execute field service requests to ensure successful installation, maintenance, and other services for merchants.
• Manage and follow up on urgent or extraordinary cases with providers to ensure timely resolution and closure.
• Control and coordinate preventive visit plans for merchants in collaboration with commercial banking teams.
• Implement improvements in merchant follow-up and service based on internal regulations and established service levels.
• Ensure product placement and permanence through efficient operational execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Licenciatura).
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience.
• Background in Engineering, Administration, or Acquiring (Adquirente) sectors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
