Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the team to ensure correct execution of contract operations and delivery of reports and metrics to sub-management.
• Execute the review, control, and organization of documents and capture brokerage client data within internal systems.
• Manage the registration, update, and cancellation of brokerage client data in compliance with Group Financial policies and procedures.
• Ensure efficient service levels for business areas, internal audit, legal, and regulatory authorities regarding client documentation.
• Analyze databases to determine process improvements or restructuring actions.
• Support new projects and process flow improvements through administrative expertise.

Requirements

• University degree in Economics, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in operations, administration, or data and document analysis.
• Knowledge of PLD (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations and investment services.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Power BI.
• English proficiency of at least 80%.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps is highly valued.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with internal and external regulatory authorities.
• Strong skills in professional writing and presentation tools like PowerPoint.
