Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, interpret, and analyze complex data sets
• Process and normalize data to ensure data integrity
• Create queries, views, and reports
• Develop and implement data collection systems to optimize statistical efficiency
• Acquire data from primary and secondary sources and maintain databases
• Identify and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Filter and scrub data to locate and correct code problems
• Identify new process improvement opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Excel including formulas and pivot tables
• Proficiency in MS Word
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Insurance industry knowledge or background
