Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Interpret data, analyze results, and process transactions in various systems
• Support submission clearance, policy and endorsement rating, and issuance
• Manage compliance and auto-related operations
• Prepare and issue documents and reports accurately according to specifications
• Interact with teams and customers to complete deliverables
• Communicate issues or queries promptly for quick resolution
• Assist with troubleshooting and process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail and quality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to work collaboratively within an international team
• Flexibility to learn new processes and adapt to changing requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in data processing and analysis
• Previous experience in the insurance industry
• Technical skills
