Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Interpret data, analyze results, and provide ongoing reports
• Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and data quality
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Filter and scrub data, and review reports and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a numerate subject
• 1-3 years of professional experience
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in MS Excel including formulas and pivot tables
• Proficiency in MS Word
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Insurance knowledge or background
