Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Execute and settle blockchain and fiat transactions end-to-end to ensure accurate and timely completion
• Monitor transactional activity and operational queues, performing wallet management verifications and escalating exceptions
• Own daily and monthly reconciliations across on-chain activity, banking records, custodians, and internal databases
• Maintain operational trackers, checklists, and procedural documentation to ensure workflow repeatability
• Identify inefficiencies and control gaps through data analysis to implement process improvement initiatives
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and external partners regarding operational inquiries

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in finance, operations, fintech, banking, treasury, or payments
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex workflows with high accuracy
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior exposure to crypto, fintech, or treasury operations
• Familiarity with blockchain concepts such as wallets, transactions, block explorers, and stablecoins
• Experience with reconciliation workflows, settlement operations, or financial controls
• Experience with scripting or data analysis tools like SQL, Python, or Apps Script
• Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments
