Operations Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with customers through personalized service and styling
• Maintain store standards and create an inviting, customer-first environment
• Deliver seamless transactions by accurately processing purchases, returns, and exchanges
• Lead shipment processing and ensure the stockroom is organized and efficient
• Train and support team members on back-of-house standards and processes
• Ensure inventory accuracy through procurement, replenishment, and cycle counts
• Oversee inventory operations including transfers, damages, donations, and returns
• Support visual merchandising by maintaining store presentation standards

Requirements

• Experience in retail, sales, or the service industry
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch, and lift/carry at least 40 pounds
• Minimum of 12 hours of availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to regularly stand and move around the store
