Operations Air Export

Responsibilities

• Handle daily air cargo operations, managing relationships with clients and vendors
• Coordinate with overseas offices for shipment planning and arrangement
• Monitor and track cargo flow in collaboration with carriers and vendors
• Manage accounts receivable and follow up with clients for timely payments
• Create job numbers and input shipment information into the system
• Apply account codes and coordinate with the controlling department
• Run AP details and verify them against vendor debit notes
• Submit approved payment requests and original invoices to the Finance Department weekly
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the branch manager

Requirements

• College degree or above in Logistics, International Trade, Business English, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in the logistics industry
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Strong communication and coordination skills
