About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive operations and documentation support for the Air Import Operations team
- Handle air import documentation and coordinate trucking arrangements
- Perform accurate data entry and report processing
- Follow up on existing orders to ensure timely delivery and service quality
Requirements
- DSE or above
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in airfreight import daily operations within the freight forwarding industry
- Solid experience in China trucking and logistics arrangements
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua)
- Self-motivated with strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Immediate availability is preferred
