Operations Air Cargo

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and documentation support for the Air Operations team
• Handle and manage air freight documents accurately
• Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure all shipment requirements are met
• Plan and follow up on existing orders to ensure smooth logistics flow

Requirements

• DSE or above
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the air freight forwarding field
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua)
• Ability to work night shifts
• Self-motivated with strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure
