About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide operational and documentation support for the Air Operations team
- Manage air freight documents and perform data input into daily operations systems
- Coordinate with concerned parties to ensure all shipment requirements are met correctly
- Issue invoices to corresponding parties
- Follow up on gateway orders
Requirements
- DSE or above
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the air freight forwarding field
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua)
- Self-motivated with strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work 5.5 days per week
