Operations Advisor

Responsibilities

• Serve as a 4-wall restaurant operations expert, partnering with franchisees and leadership teams to improve execution, consistency, and performance.
• Drive improvement in key operational metrics by coaching restaurant leaders on processes, procedures, and execution fundamentals.
• Provide hands-on, in-restaurant coaching focused on food quality, speed, accuracy, cleanliness, safety, and team execution.
• Conduct operational performance diagnostics to identify root causes of underperformance.
• Develop and implement actionable improvement plans in partnership with franchisees and restaurant leaders.
• Support the rollout of new initiatives by building franchisee buy-in and providing on-the-ground implementation support.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with restaurant managers and franchise leadership to enable continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on restaurant operations experience in QSR, retail, food & beverage, or a similar industry.
• Demonstrated experience leading restaurant teams across multiple roles (e.g., General Manager, Area Coach, or Multi-Unit Leader).
• Strong root-cause problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into executable action plans.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to travel approximately 70%, primarily within the assigned market.
• Must be located within the Jacksonville, FL market.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior Pizza Hut operations experience.
• Experience supporting franchise systems or working in a highly decentralized, multi-operator environment.
