Operations Advisor

Responsibilities

• Serve as a 4-wall restaurant operations expert, partnering with franchisees and leadership teams to improve execution and consistency.
• Drive improvement in key operational metrics by coaching restaurant leaders on processes, procedures, and execution fundamentals.
• Provide hands-on, in-restaurant coaching focused on food quality, speed, accuracy, cleanliness, and safety.
• Conduct operational performance diagnostics to identify root causes of underperformance.
• Develop and implement actionable improvement plans in partnership with franchisees and the Franchise Operations Partner (FOP).
• Support the rollout of new initiatives by building franchisee buy-in and providing on-the-ground implementation support.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on restaurant operations experience in QSR, retail, food & beverage, or a similar industry.
• Demonstrated experience in multi-unit leadership or leading restaurant teams across multiple levels (e.g., Area Coach, Multi-Unit Leader).
• Strong understanding of 4-wall operations, including food execution, labor, service, and safety.
• Proven ability to coach and influence restaurant leaders through direct field engagement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Must reside in San Antonio, TX.
• Ability to travel approximately 70% within the assigned market.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior Pizza Hut operations experience.
• Experience supporting franchise systems or working in a highly decentralized, multi-operator environment.
