Operations Administrator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to maintain smooth transport operations
• Process manifests, booking sheets, and run sheets accurately and within required timeframes
• Ensure Proof of Delivery (POD) documents are completed, verified, and distributed daily
• Maintain precise records, including invoicing and essential operational documentation
• Support reporting requirements, general administrative tasks, and customer enquiries

Requirements

• Proven experience in transport or logistics administration
• Solid understanding of Chain of Responsibility (CoR), fatigue management, and heavy vehicle compliance
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple competing tasks
• Excellent communication skills with experience in stakeholder engagement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Teams, or SharePoint
