About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the Operations and Compliance Administrator in implementing client project processes
  • Collaborate with the Operations and Resources Manager in managing the Management System Manual (MSM), accreditations, and other operational systems
  • Support the organization, monitoring, and updating of administrative and operational processes to ensure correct functioning of the operations area

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; Associate degree in Administration preferred
  • Minimum two years of related experience or training in administrative tasks
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, and Teams)
  • Proficiency with videoconferencing tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet
  • Knowledge or experience using databases, preferably Kintone
  • High speed and accuracy in typing and document processing
  • Organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in digital environments
  • English proficiency level B2+
