About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide support to the Operations and Compliance Administrator in implementing client project processes
- Collaborate with the Operations and Resources Manager in managing the Management System Manual (MSM), accreditations, and other operational systems
- Support the organization, monitoring, and updating of administrative and operational processes to ensure correct functioning of the operations area
Requirements
- High school diploma required; Associate degree in Administration preferred
- Minimum two years of related experience or training in administrative tasks
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, and Teams)
- Proficiency with videoconferencing tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet
- Knowledge or experience using databases, preferably Kintone
- High speed and accuracy in typing and document processing
- Organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in digital environments
- English proficiency level B2+
