About the role

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the operational functioning and repairs of the assigned section within the project through administrative support.
  • Analyze and process documents including Work Orders, Purchase Requests, and Purchase Orders.
  • Perform liquidation of work orders within SAP and manage material coding.
  • Update cost boards and prepare maintenance cost provision reports.
  • Administer equipment documentation such as plates, registration cards, invoices, and insurance policies.
  • Manage inventory, including reserves, stock, and tools, and maintain the HILTI tool system.
  • Follow up on authorizations (OT, Solped, HES, ZEUP) and generate maintenance statistical analyses.
  • Review estimates for supplier payment releases and monitor personnel safety equipment.

Requirements

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in production administration roles.
  • Knowledge of standard maintenance operating processes.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with a focus on results and customer service.
