Operations Accountant

Responsibilities

• Prepare various daily, monthly, quarterly, or annual financial reports, statements, and exhibits
• Perform moderately complex professional accounting assignments based on company policy and accounting theory
• Coordinate, prepare, and analyze financial information to support management decision-making
• Track progress against budgets within established finance systems and report variances
• Collate and analyze data using preset tools, methods, and formats
• Contribute to the development and delivery of financial policies, guidelines, and protocols
• Identify and report instances of noncompliance with organizational policies or regulatory codes
• Resolve queries from internal or external customers regarding complex processes and policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent field
• Strong understanding of financial concepts such as Budgets, ROI, OROA, and SVA
• Proficiency in standard office software and technology applications
• Must have an up-to-date tax situation certificate (Constancia de Situación Fiscal)
• Ability to work independently and manage complex data collection and analysis tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with John Deere accounting systems
• Strong skills in costing, budgeting, and data control
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
• Advanced numerical and analytical capabilities
