Operational Transformation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Execute and maintain system catalogs, including managing additions, deletions, and modifications of records
• Administer user profiles in accordance with established controls
• Attend to and follow up on operational and technical incidents, escalating issues based on criticality
• Validate implemented solutions and document changes and evidence
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity by detecting and correcting inconsistencies
• Generate basic control reports and support functional validations
• Participate in the update of manuals and processes, providing operational feedback for continuous improvement

Requirements

• Degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• 1 year of experience in data entry, information catalog management, and system incident tracking
• Knowledge of databases and information control
• Intermediate Excel skills (data validation, report generation, and information management)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• English fluency
• Experience with SAP is desirable
