About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance simulation exercises, databases, and related documentation to ensure conformance to standards.
- Support the delivery of simulation training activities, including pseudo pilot positions and voice recognition simulation.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in simulation delivery and determine impacts on procedures, systems, and technology.
- Implement changes to region-specific courseware due to updates in operational directives, airspace structure, or new technology.
- Coordinate and distribute data files required by simulators and troubleshoot simulation tool issues.
- Train stakeholders on the operation of simulation tools and equipment.
Requirements
- Successful completion of secondary school.
- Experience working in a professional, collaborative, and learner-focused team environment.
- Proficiency in using technical systems to complete work tasks.
- Knowledge of aircraft operating characteristics and pilot behaviors.
- Knowledge of airspace organization and structure.
- Proficiency with SharePoint, Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Teams), and Workday.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project management and coordination skills.
- Experience with multi-disciplinary project implementation teams.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technology and processes.
