About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance simulation exercises, databases, and related documentation to ensure standardization
- Support the delivery of simulation training activities, including pseudo pilot positions and voice recognition support
- Identify and implement changes to region-specific courseware due to updates in operational directives or technology
- Troubleshoot simulation tool issues and coordinate with higher-level support as necessary
- Train stakeholders on the operation of simulation tools and equipment
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improving simulation delivery effectiveness
Requirements
- Successful completion of secondary school
- Experience working in a professional, collaborative, and learner-focused environment
- Experience using technical systems to complete work tasks
- Knowledge of aircraft operating characteristics and pilot behaviors
- Knowledge of airspace organization
- Bilingualism in English and French is required
