Operational Trainer

Responsibilities

• Train kitchen and bar staff in operational processes and quality standards
• Design, implement, and update recipes, operational manuals, and procedures
• Ensure standardization of food and beverages across all branches
• Conduct operational audits of kitchen and bar areas and follow up on improvement plans
• Evaluate staff performance through theoretical and practical training and assessments
• Supervise compliance with hygiene, food safety, and quality standards
• Identify training needs and develop training plans
• Participate in the implementation of new products, recipes, and processes
• Collaborate in supplier selection and input evaluation
• Follow up on improvement opportunities from audits and customer feedback
• Foster a culture of discipline, teamwork, and operational excellence

Requirements

• Proven experience in operational training within the restaurant sector
• Experience developing manuals, procedures, and recipes
• Knowledge of kitchen and service process standardization
• Experience conducting courses, training, and staff evaluations
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards (NOM-251, HACCP, or similar)
• Experience performing operational audits and following up on improvement plans
• Availability to travel between branches in the Guadalajara Metropolitan Area
• Schedule flexibility
