Operational Technology Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for OT systems in lab and production
• Support laboratory instruments and manufacturing equipment
• Ensure system availability, reliability, and compliance (GxP)
• Perform incident resolution, root cause analysis (RCA), and change implementation
• Manage hardware/software lifecycle of OT assets
• Coordinate procurement of OT-related equipment
• Act as interface between local users, global IT teams, and vendors
• Support validation and compliance activities
• Maintain documentation aligned with regulated standards

Requirements

• OT / industrial IT experience (lab systems, manufacturing systems)
• Understanding of GxP compliance
• Experience with validation / regulated environments
• Strong troubleshooting and vendor coordination
• Knowledge of integrated IT/OT systems
• IT support / Service Desk / Field Support experience
• Fluency in English and French (spoken and written)
• Ability to provide a criminal record extract
