Operational Support Technician – Milling and Priming

Responsibilities

• Centralize, verify, and analyze technical and economic reports from milling and priming sites
• Monitor team productivity, resource consumption (emulsion, materials), and project quantities
• Prepare work progress reports, payment statements, and documentation for project settlements
• Manage stock records and assist in supply planning to ensure site continuity
• Create and update operational reports, cost analyses, and performance indicators
• Support the refacturation process and prepare management presentations
• Collaborate with site personnel and project managers, including field visits for data verification

Requirements

• Technical secondary education, preferably in the construction field
• 1-3 years of relevant professional experience
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, with expert-level skills in Excel
• Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams
• Category B driving license and willingness to travel nationwide
