Operational Support Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support during absence, spikes, or operational pressure to maintain continuity of service
• Lead daily team huddles and short stand-ups to review workload and challenges
• Identify operational variances or process gaps and address them proactively
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions
• Provide day-to-day coaching, feedback, and mentoring to build team capability
• Allocate resources and balance workloads based on changing priorities and demand levels
• Use data such as workload volumes, queues, and SLAs to guide decision-making
• Escalate issues to the CX Manager early where necessary

Requirements

• Strong understanding of operational/customer service environments
• Ability to manage competing priorities with sound judgement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Collaborative, solutions-focused approach
• Ability to coach, motivate, and develop others
• Comfortable with varied workloads and shifting priorities
