Operational Support Lead Analyst

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and validate analyses from key partners, including AIM and Data Science teams, to ensure KPI accuracy.
• Critically assess forecasting methodologies and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Communicate forecasting methodologies and results to diverse audiences, from operational teams to executive leadership.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and consultant.
• Create executive-level presentations and reports that articulate forecasting insights and recommendations.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, Integration, Data, and Application Support teams to enhance workforce management tools and processes.
• Leverage AI and advanced technologies to drive innovation in forecasting accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven experience with workforce management principles and practices.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

• Master’s degree.
