About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming cases in the client's business mailbox
- Quality assure and upload facility information into IBM Maximo and Chaos
- Manage component composition according to technical regulations
- Support investment projects and receiving coordinators during handover to maintenance
- Provide user support and answer technical questions within Maximo
- Participate in testing new system functions and updates
- Update and redraw technical drawings in AutoCAD
- Register and manage documentation in Chaos
- Link documentation to components in Maximo
- Manage and move documentation between different databases
Requirements
- Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
- Minimum 3 years of experience with IBM Maximo
- Minimum 1 year of experience with Adtollo Chaos or equivalent document management systems
- Experience with technical regulations and facility coding systems
- Minimum 1 year of experience with AutoCAD
- Experience in digital drawing management and redrawing
- Experience in document management within digital drawing databases
