Operational Support Coordinator Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Support the operational follow-up of component repair and exchange services for international airline clients.
• Update order parameters daily within information systems such as SAP, Salesforce, and SharePoint.
• Monitor repair cycles and coordinate with workshops, logistics centers, and freight forwarders.
• Prepare and distribute weekly reports and participate in operational client meetings and calls.
• Draft operational communications in both French and English.
• Contribute to data quality and participate in continuous improvement actions for tracking processes.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a BUT GLT, GEA, TC, or a Professional License in Logistics/Supply Chain (or equivalent Bac+3 in management or commerce).
• Seeking a 36-month apprenticeship contract.
• Highly rigorous, organized, and capable of working autonomously.
• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in office tools and information systems.
• Intermediate English level (B1) and fluency in French.
