Operational Support Apprentice – OEX & Project Operations

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support to the OEX team, including managing sales and project documentation.
• Assist in processing orders and service requests under supervision.
• Manage basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and responding to internal inquiries.
• Support team logistics by planning and preparing materials for meetings and events.
• Maintain and update records within the company CRM and other internal systems.
• Collect and compile data for weekly and monthly team reporting and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Facilitate information flow and collaborate with team members on small-scale projects and process documentation.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master 1 or Master 2 degree in Management, Commerce, Administration, or a related field.
• A strong interest in the electrical field and a desire to work in a technical environment.
• Skills in project tracking, reporting, and simple data analysis.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced industrial environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous exposure to industrial projects or technical activity tracking.
• Specialization in Project Management within your academic curriculum.
