About the role
Responsibilities
- Learn warehouse logistics, product knowledge, and vendor-to-customer workflows
- Manage counter sales, order management, inventory, and pricing controls
- Handle administrative tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoicing
- Oversee operational segments including purchasing, pricing, and teammate training
Requirements
- College and/or University degree
- Experience in customer service or customer-facing roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment for the initial 3-6 months
