About the role

Responsibilities

  • Learn warehouse logistics, product knowledge, and vendor-to-customer workflows
  • Manage counter sales, order management, inventory, and pricing controls
  • Handle administrative tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoicing
  • Oversee operational segments including purchasing, pricing, and teammate training

Requirements

  • College and/or University degree
  • Experience in customer service or customer-facing roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment for the initial 3-6 months
