Operational Support Analyst

Responsibilities

• Create full financial statements, providing relevant information, analysis, and recommendations to improve business performance.
• Monitor and analyze information sources to identify potential cost savings and process efficiencies.
• Elaborate and analyze operative figures (CAPEX, SG&A, Headcount, Working Capital, and Operative Cash Flow) for the Materials and Aggregates sector.
• Support costing and operative processes performed by external outsourcing contractors.
• Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and PACS regulations, as well as internal audit requirements.
• Track main operative KPIs and develop tools/reports to identify risks and improvements.
• Act as the primary contact point for operations and ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met with external contractors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, or Finance.
• 3–4 years of experience in financial and cost accounting.
• 1 year of experience in the Construction industry.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of SAP (ERP) and Lotus Notes.
• Advanced English skills (both written and spoken).
