Operational Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Distribution and supervision of services provided by the team
• Attend to specific client requests after management analysis
• Supervise, check, and approve the team's time cards
• Prepare measurement reports of executed services according to approved proposals/contracts
• Ensure billing is issued and sent to the client within the established deadline
• Guarantee necessary resources for contract items within budgeted costs
• Ensure material and service purchases are executed and delivered on time

Requirements

• Technical degree in Mechanics or Building Construction
• Desirable higher education in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience in contract supervision or as a contract representative
• Knowledge in preparing measurement reports
• Knowledge in equipment inspection (desirable)
