Operational Supervisor, Emergency Medicine

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations within the Emergency Medicine department
• Manage nursing staff and coordinate patient care delivery
• Oversee clinical workflows to ensure high-quality emergency services
• Support the department through effective leadership and staff coordination

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current RN licensure in the State of Illinois
• At least two years of nursing experience (OR experience preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• ACLS certification
• PALS certification
• Previous clinical leadership or specialized clinical experience
