Operational Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide passenger flow, queue management, and control within Toronto Pearson International Airport terminals
• Validate passenger eligibility and travel documentation for controlled and restricted areas
• Assist passengers with automated systems, kiosks, and navigating the terminal
• Monitor assigned zones to ensure efficient passenger movement and prevent backflow
• Establish working relationships with other terminal service providers
• Prepare incident and occurrence reports regarding customer concerns or operational issues
• Manage and maintain stanchions to regulate queue lines and flow
• Utilize Smartsheet and handheld devices to report passenger data and wait times

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Minimum High School diploma or Grade 12 education
• Fluency in English and French (written and verbal)
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and walk long distances
• Physical ability to lift and relocate stanchions
• Ability to work weekends and holidays
• Possession of or ability to apply for a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC)
• Eligibility to work in Canada
• Clear criminal record
