Operational Risk Control Analyst

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate operational risks within the company's key processes.
• Monitor risk indicators and report deviations to management.
• Develop and execute risk mitigation and control plans.
• Collaborate with operational areas to implement improvements in internal controls.
• Perform incident analysis and propose corrective actions.
• Maintain updated records and documentation related to risk management.
• Support internal and external audits related to operational risks.
• Train personnel on control practices and risk management.
• Map operational risks across assigned areas.
• Deliver monthly follow-up reports on risk monitoring and control.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operational risk control or related areas.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of risk management standards (e.g., ISO 31000).
• Intermediate English skills for handling technical documentation.
• Experience in the retail or financial sectors.
• Experience with ERP software or internal control systems.
• Strong analytical capacity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work onsite and under pressure.
