Operational Resilience Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of Operational Resilience workstreams, coordinating actions, milestones, and dependencies across various teams.
• Support the implementation of the Operational Resilience Framework by tracking progress and managing action logs.
• Coordinate business continuity activities, including the review of plans, testing records, and improvement activities.
• Facilitate crisis management readiness through the planning and delivery of exercises, workshops, and training.
• Support governance activities by preparing meeting materials, agendas, and reporting packs for leadership.
• Coordinate Critical Business Services (CBS) activity, including dependency mapping and impact assessments.
• Maintain documentation and training materials using Microsoft 365 tools to ensure a single source of truth.
• Act as a practical point of contact for stakeholders across digital, technology, cyber, supply chain, and procurement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in operational resilience, business continuity, crisis management, or enterprise risk.
• Strong experience managing complex workstreams, stakeholders, and project dependencies.
• Excellent technical understanding of crisis response, incident management, and organizational resilience principles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and Planner.
• Proficiency with AI tools to support engagement and material access.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to prepare clear governance and reporting materials.
• Experience delivering training and facilitating workshops or simulations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant professional qualifications such as BCI or DRI.
• Familiarity with industry standards like ISO 22301.
• Experience with Power BI or other data dashboard and reporting tools.
• Programme management certification (e.g., PRINCE2).
