Operational QA Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage quality events including deviations, CAPA, change control, and OOS within a GMP environment
• Approve operational documentation for production, quality control, supply, validation, and maintenance
• Conduct internal audits and quality tours to ensure adherence to industry standards
• Execute quality improvement testing and develop QA standards and company processes
• Support client projects by deploying quality requirements and participating in client audits
• Provide pedagogical support to teams to help them adopt and master quality requirements
• Maintain standards for the reliability and performance of production processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience in a quality assurance role
• In-depth understanding of industry standards and company policies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sharp attention to detail
• Excellent customer focus and ability to work in a high-performance environment
• Fluency in English
