About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the full financial governance of a multi-project Data Centre portfolio across Europe
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
  • Provide strategic financial insight to optimize project profitability and cash flow
  • Establish and improve financial controls, processes, and reporting standards
  • Oversee the end-to-end invoicing lifecycle for clients and supply chain
  • Act as a subject matter expert for D365 to drive best practice adoption
  • Support bid processes through commercial modelling and margin projection

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • 10+ years of relevant experience, ideally within construction
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with D365 in payments and forecasting
  • Strong expertise in cash flow management, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel for financial analysis and modelling
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
