About the role
Responsibilities
- Process driver run sheets and upload Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation
- Manage and maintain documentation within SharePoint
- Communicate with drivers and internal teams to ensure daily tasks meet customer expectations and safety guidelines
- Maintain accurate records related to run sheets, PODs, and compliance
- Provide daily administrative support to the Operations, Admin, and Support teams
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role within a transport operations environment
- Knowledge of the rail transport industry is highly favourable
- Proficiency in MS Excel and SharePoint
- Experience using Blue Yonder and SAP is highly regarded
- Ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing demands and pressures
- Strong work ethic and commitment to continuous improvement
