Operational Processing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Process driver run sheets and upload Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation
• Manage and maintain documentation within SharePoint
• Communicate with drivers and internal teams to ensure daily tasks meet customer expectations and safety guidelines
• Maintain accurate records related to run sheets, PODs, and compliance
• Provide daily administrative support to the Operations, Admin, and Support teams

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role within a transport operations environment
• Knowledge of the rail transport industry is highly favourable
• Proficiency in MS Excel and SharePoint
• Experience using Blue Yonder and SAP is highly regarded
• Ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing demands and pressures
• Strong work ethic and commitment to continuous improvement
