Operational Processes Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and deployment of operational tools in centers and platforms
• Act as a functional reference and support for tools used in stores and logistics centers
• Supervise the correct use of operational platforms
• Monitor incidents, identify deviations, and coordinate corrective actions
• Ensure correct execution of processes related to goods reception, stock management, item location, inventories, and proactive sales
• Support centers in the adoption of new tools, processes, and operational procedures
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to optimize productivity and operational efficiency
• Conduct periodic visits to centers to ensure correct implementation of tools and processes

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in operations, processes, or projects within the Retail sector
• Knowledge of store operations, stock management, inventories, and logistics processes
• Experience in tool implementation and change management
• Intermediate-high level of Excel (pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis)
• Knowledge of project management tools
• High level of English
• Availability for national travel
• Driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with tools for inventory management, stock, goods reception, and personnel management in logistics or retail environments
