Operational Planning Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead the Operational Planning area with tactical and strategic vision, focusing on capacity sizing and productivity.
• Ensure operational discipline by guaranteeing that processes, routines, and best practices are executed with excellence.
• Monitor key operational indicators and develop regional projections to anticipate decision-making and trigger efficient levers.
• Identify bottlenecks and operational deviations through agile root cause analysis and the proposal of structured solutions.
• Lead process optimization initiatives, fostering a culture of technological innovation.
• Present indicators and results to senior leadership to align strategies based on metrics.
• Manage team performance, supporting continuous development through structured feedback and management rituals.

Requirements

• Higher education degree, preferably in Engineering, Administration, or related fields.
• Solid leadership experience in operational planning within logistics or industrial sites.
• Proven experience leading logistics process optimization projects.
• Experience in the design, implementation, and maintenance of technological solutions.
• Advanced knowledge of analytical tools for data-driven decision-making.
• Strong ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
