Operational Officer

Responsibilities

• Receive and process leads efficiently to support the sales pipeline
• Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management
• Track monthly sales performance and provide insights to enhance productivity
• Coordinate between departments to facilitate the issuance of client contracts
• Manage and complete account review forms with high accuracy
• Support the sales team with various administrative tasks
• Maintain updated records and ensure data integrity
• Assist in quality assurance by monitoring sales call performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Sales Admin, Sales Coordinator, or Operational role
• Professional background in Real Estate, Banking, or Automotive industries
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English
• Strong proficiency in MS Office
• Outstanding organizational, time management, and analytical skills
• High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information
