Operational Multi-site Supervisor

About the Company

Faktory designs and manages 15 establishments in the Café, Hotel, Restaurant, and Bar industry. Based in Alsace and primarily in Strasbourg, our venues are distinguished by their unique identity, conviviality, and creativity.

Responsibilities

• Accompany and train teams on the ground during service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Guarantee compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards across all sites
• Supervise and develop managerial teams and participate in recruitment
• Collaborate with HR for payroll, training, and contract follow-up
• Monitor daily operations and support directors in their priorities
• Implement and track analysis tools including budgets, indicators, and objectives
• Control management and optimize profitability for each site
• Participate in the opening of new establishments
• Work with the communication department to ensure brand consistency and implement local marketing actions

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of confirmed experience in a similar role within restaurant or franchise environments
• Strong leadership skills and ability to unite teams
• Result-oriented mindset with a strong customer focus
• Proficiency in financial analysis and decision-making
• Comfortable using IT tools for administrative tasks
• Excellent knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
• Ability to travel frequently across all group establishments
