Operational & Mission Engineering Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support mission-focused operational analysis, scenario development, and wargaming workflows
• Perform modeling and simulation (M&S) activities and prepare scenario inputs
• Conduct structured analysis and coordinate with technical contributors to deliver mission insights
• Address sustainment and logistics considerations for government customers
• Communicate complex analytical findings to stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations research, applied mathematics, physics, computer/data science, or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience in analytical, operational, or M&S environments
• U.S. citizenship is required
• Active Secret security clearance is required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with mission engineering, operational analysis, or wargaming
• Familiarity with M&S tools such as AFSIM, Command PE, STK, MATLAB, or Python
• Proficiency in applying statistical or structured analytical methods
• Experience developing reproducible analytical workflows or reporting pipelines
• Ability to build trusted relationships with government customers and deliver technical briefings
