About the role
Responsibilities
- Support mission-focused operational analysis, scenario development, and wargaming workflows
- Perform modeling and simulation (M&S) activities and prepare scenario inputs
- Conduct structured analysis and coordinate with technical contributors to deliver mission insights
- Address sustainment and logistics considerations for government customers
- Communicate complex analytical findings to stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations research, applied mathematics, physics, computer/data science, or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in analytical, operational, or M&S environments
- U.S. citizenship is required
- Active Secret security clearance is required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with mission engineering, operational analysis, or wargaming
- Familiarity with M&S tools such as AFSIM, Command PE, STK, MATLAB, or Python
- Proficiency in applying statistical or structured analytical methods
- Experience developing reproducible analytical workflows or reporting pipelines
- Ability to build trusted relationships with government customers and deliver technical briefings
