Operational Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee service quality, manage support plans, and maintain contact with individuals served and their support networks
• Ensure programs meet all licensure, certification, and regulatory standards through regular audits and evaluations
• Manage program budgets, financial targets, accounts receivable, and expenditures
• Supervise program managers and oversee hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff scheduling
• Ensure the maintenance, safety, and risk management of residential facilities
• Promote the organization's mission and values through professional leadership and committee participation

Requirements

• Must meet 245D Designated Manager qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in a Human Service field
• 2 years of experience in a related field
• Proven management experience
• Valid US Driver's License and reliable transportation with valid liability insurance
• Strong decision-making, time management, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working within a residential program
