Responsibilities
- Manage the Move On and Accommodation for Work projects to ensure objectives and outcomes are met
- Oversee recruitment, management, supervision, appraisals, and development of staff
- Liaise with statutory and voluntary organisations to manage referrals and specialist service connections
- Manage service referrals and ensure timely move-on to achieve service outcomes
- Implement and maintain risk assessments for service activities, properties, client needs, and staff wellbeing
- Monitor health and safety performance, including safeguarding, accidents, and compliance
- Participate in the on-call rota for Addiction Services
Requirements
- Professional background in addiction and recovery, homelessness, social care, or complex needs
- Experience in effective line management and team supervision
- Knowledge of Psychologically Informed Practice and Trauma Informed Care
- Ability to work independently and prioritise competing demands
- Experience in joint working with voluntary and statutory organisations
