About the role
Responsibilities
- Establish and monitor budgets for the Digital, Data, and Technology management division
- Ensure financial and administrative follow-up for service and subcontracting contracts
- Prepare monthly financial reporting, forecasts, and landings in conjunction with the Financial Controller
- Manage invoicing, provisions, CAPEX, OPEX, and operating expenses
- Act as the primary contact for the Digital, Data, and Technology management
Requirements
- Bac +3 degree
- 2+ years of successful professional experience
- Strong skills in administrative, budgetary, and financial management
- Knowledge of accounting and supplier contract management
- Proficiency in ERP software (Workday preferred)
- Advanced mastery of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Workspace
- Strong organizational, synthesis, and communication skills
