Operational Instruction Analyst - Equipment and Machinery

Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct, and evaluate medium-complexity operational training
• Schedule and manage training calendars based on manager demands
• Develop and review technical training materials and internal procedures
• Conduct operational training integrating theory and practice
• Evaluate learning outcomes by equipment and propose corrective actions
• Support the apprenticeship and polyvalence processes
• Develop training in EAD, VR, and gamification
• Analyze training results and prepare technical reports for decision-making
• Interact with suppliers regarding new equipment and market practices

Requirements

• Higher education or complete technical course
• Driver's license category D and NRs certifications
• Experience with heavy yellow line equipment

Preferred Qualifications

• Intermediate English
