Operational Instruction Analyst - Equipment and Machinery

Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct, and evaluate medium-complexity operational training for heavy machinery and equipment.
• Schedule and manage training calendars based on manager demands and technical needs.
• Develop and review didactic materials, internal procedures, and training matrices.
• Analyze learning results and performance indicators to propose corrective actions and process improvements.
• Support apprenticeship and multi-skilling processes by guiding participants and instructors.
• Provide technical support for training modalities including E-learning, VR, and gamification.
• Interact with suppliers to stay updated on new equipment and market practices.

Requirements

• Higher education degree or completed Technical degree.
• Valid CNH D driver's license.
• Relevant NR certifications.
• Proven experience working with heavy yellow line equipment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Intermediate English proficiency.
