Operational Improvement Senior Consultant

Responsibilities

• Partner with commercial and public sector clients to improve business operations, processes, and ways of working.
• Conduct operational assessments, stakeholder interviews, and workshops to identify performance challenges and root causes.
• Analyze and redesign end-to-end business processes, operating models, and governance approaches.
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions to align stakeholders on future-state solutions and implementation roadmaps.
• Develop business cases, improvement recommendations, and performance metrics to translate strategy into results.
• Support the execution of improvements by helping clients establish performance management and continuous improvement capabilities.
• Leverage data, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities to accelerate delivery and identify business value.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in operations improvement, business transformation, or management consulting.
• Proven success delivering measurable improvements in operational performance, efficiency, or cost reduction.
• Experience leading process assessments, process mapping, workshop facilitation, and root cause analysis.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence leaders across all organizational levels.
• Ability to translate complex business challenges into practical solutions involving people, process, and technology.
• Familiarity with operating model design and organizational change concepts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, telecommunications, or the public sector.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or similar process improvement certification.
• Understanding of how automation and emerging AI capabilities can be applied to business operations.
